So here we go. I’m a work-from-home mom of three. I’ve been training with kettlebells for a while (a while = 2+ years). I don’t track calories or macros or get too serious about what I eat. I like food. I like to eat as local as possible, as much unprocessed as possible (though I’m not opposed to french fries and/or Ben & Jerry’s). This blog will chronicle my workouts, my eating, my successes and my opportunities to learn a better way. For gripes and gratitude and everything in between.
